Jake was our guide, and he was such a pleasure to work with! His constant communication about where and when to meet was greatly appreciated and made everything so easy. He was very attentive to our group and did an excellent job explaining the floss fishing technique. Jake was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the wildlife, and the fish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Most of all, Jake was such a kind and thoughtful young man. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would definitely want him as our guide again. Highly recommend Jake for an unforgettable Alaska fishing experience!

We had a great time fishing with our wonderful guide Jake. Weather and fish counts on the river were a challenge but we hung in there and Jake took the time to show us new fishing techniques. We appreciate his knowledge of the river and his patience with the difficult conditions. Overall our experience with Alaska Fin Chasers was great and we hope to book again in the future!

I have booked with Alaska Fin Chasers four years straight and would rather not fish than book with others. Hands down the hardest working most professional guide I have met to date and have fished the kenai/kasilof rivers over 25 years. Sometimes the fishing is hot sometimes slow but always a good time with Chase. I just booked my 2025 trip, can’t wait!

Great day on the river! Got into fish right away, and had a very pleasant day limiting out on Sockeye, a bag of well cleaned filets plus laughs along the way!
