Our guides keep their availability up to date, and many can handle
          more than one trip per day. The easiest way to get a trip on the
          calendar is to select your dates and request to book. You will not be
          charged until the guide accepts your request.

Will Amelia on Fly offer transportation or other services on my trip?

Accepted Answer

Most of our guides don't offer to pick up their clients. However, you can always check in the "Add-ons," 
          "What's included," and "What to bring" sections of the listing for more details, and
          the exact meeting location will be provided after you book.

How much should I tip Amelia on Fly?

Accepted Answer

The amount you should tip a fishing or hunting guide can vary
          depending on factors such as the length of the trip, the quality of
          service, and the overall experience. However, a general rule of thumb
          is to tip around 20% of the cost of the fishing trip.

What is Amelia on Fly's cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Minimum 30 Day Cancellation or fees will be incurred — * A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
 
*Trip cancellations 30 days or more prior to engagement will receive refund of deposit, or credit applied to future endeavor.

*Any trips cancelled 29-15 days before scheduled outing will lose their deposit, 8-14 days of scheduled outing will incur a 50% penalty of total charter cost, 7 days or less will pay 100% of the time allotted for charter.

*Capt. William D. Cochran reserves the right to cancel a trip at any moments notice, upon these conditions a full refund will be provided.
