Capt. AJ Fuxa and Capt. Mark Hobales are two young captains with more experience than you'd think. Both our captains have spent their entire lives fishing. Years ago when the two boys met in high school, they both knew that together they would be able to start one of the best guiding companies in Florida. In 2019, the dream became a reality as Bay & Glades Fishing Charters started.
Capt. AJ grew up in the Florida Keys and spent most of his childhood learning to fish everywhere from Key Largo to Flamingo. With just over 10 years spent on the water, Captain Fuxa will ensure that you and your family have a fun and safe time on the water.
Capt. Mark spent a majority of his childhood fishing the backcountry of Flamingo. You could say guiding runs in his blood because from a young age Mark has fished with Captain Jim Hobales. Today Captain Mark is an expert at catching just about anything you can from snapper to sailfish.
