Gear up to throw large streamers at esox! Our fishery is home to large northern pike with the opportunity to catch a coveted musky. This 6 hour trip will cover every inch of the river; come prepared to cast. Michigan autumn and winters can be unpredictable so come prepared with multiple layers of clothings, gloves, winter hat, and hand warmers. Access to this water is subject to river icing conditions, therefore cancellations due to river ice will be communicated to clients prior to the trip.

After taking a short break during my service in The United States Army as an infantry paratrooper, I’ve been full throttle fly fishing in many parts of the country chasing saltwater and freshwater species. I have a passion for teaching and sharing with others. My guiding career began in North Carolina before moving back north. West Michigan offers an amazing variety of freshwater fish to target all within an hour or less drive from Holland, Grand Rapids, or Kalamazoo.
