About
I was raised in the Old Village, just down the street from Shem Creek and grew up fishing fresh and saltwater all over the state. My favorite weekends growing up were spent fishing and hunting and playing competitive travel soccer for many years. During my high school years at Wando, I worked as a dock hand at Shem Creek Marina where my love for fishing and boating flourished. After Wando High School, I graduated from The Citadel. Go Dogs!
I have fished the boundary waters of Canada, oil rigs in Venice, Louisiana, and the Florida Keys, but love fishing in the Lowcountry the most! Growing up here in Charleston, I have become familiar with the best tactics and tackle selection to ensure the greatest experience catching fish out on the local waterways and always get excited watching people pull a redfish out for the first time.
I am a USCG certified license and insured captain. In obtaining my USCG captain’s license, I have submitted federal background checks and drug testing. My goal as a captain is to create a memorable time on the water and catch a lot of fish while doing it. I hope to take you and your friends and family out soon!

What an unforgettable trip! From start to finish, this nearshore fishing charter exceeded all expectations. Captain Cole was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure we were in the action the entire time. We caught over 15 fish of multiple different species, and it honestly felt like the bites never stopped. Every time we dropped a line, something was on the hook! The boat was comfortable, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and Captain Cole clearly knew exactly where to put us for nonstop fishing. If you’re looking for an exciting day on the water filled with constant action and great memories, this is the charter to book. Can’t wait to go again!
