About

Originally from the upstate of South Carolina, I have been fishing since I can remember. After working as an artist and graphic designer in the fishing industry I made the move to Fripp Island and guiding five years ago; having fished this area for the past 12 years. I really enjoy educating newcomers as well sharing the excitement for new and veteran anglers alike in this amazing fishery. From light tackle, artificial and live bait, to fly fishing I try and be as versatile as possible to suit the wants and needs of any angler. Having four kids of my own I also enjoy the opportunity to help bring the best of these experiences to life for the next generation of anglers.

Inshore, Light-Tackle, and Fly Fishing Charter

Whether you are on Fripp Island, Harbor Island, or Saint Helena there are options as to where to meet as well as fish. If you are staying on Fripp you can simply ride your golf cart to the marina where Tim will be waiting to pick you up, or easily meet at Russ Point boat landing. The fishing can be as close as a 3 minute boat ride to 15 minutes. Capt. Tim welcomes any experience level and will gladly give instructions and advice from knot tying to fly-casting and loves to share insights on the local area and its wildlife.Tim has kids of his own and is very patient in working with kids, giving parents some time to focus on fishing. Half day: A half day of fishing; 4 hour trip. Water and gear will be provided. 3/4 day: A 3/4 day trip; 6 hours. Water and gear will be provided.
