My daughter and I had a great time with Chase. We have done quite a bit of trout fly fishing. We thought we'd give the Tennessee River a try and some friends recommended Chase. We really had a good time even though we knew we picked a relatively slow time of the year due to the heat. Caught our first gar on a fly rod! Highly recommend Chase for your trip!

Chase is a fantastic guide. After catching a fee white bass on top water we got to target active gar in July. Chase was able to help my casting & show me new techniques as well for local TN river that I’ll be able to put to use. Can’t recommend a trip with him enough!

Chase was a fantastic guide! He is a great communicator, patient and attentive. We had the opportunity to catch some nice sized white bass. It was an amazing and memorable first fly fishing adventure for both my son and I.

Chase is the man. Patient, dialed in, and super fishy. We had to grind for them in the rain to start the day and ended up wearing them out til 7 that night. Could not have been a better day on the water to catch the tail end of the cicada hatch.

We booked a 3 hour summer special advertised online, it says 6-9am but guide was only available in the evening. Gus reached out and we were able to workout an evening that worked for both. We were visiting from CO and both our boys are avid trout fly fisherman, and we’re very excited to catch some bass on the fly. Unfortunately the fish weren’t cooperating, but both boys had a blast and would go again. Would highly recommend Captain Gus!

We can not say enough nice things about Chase. We are both experienced anglers and Chase is one of...if not the best guide we have ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He makes effort to make sure you are having the best experience. We caught quite a few large fish and had lots of fun doing it!! We will definitely fish with Chase in the future.
