Dan Coledi

Spent 2 days on the Bow fishing with a buddy and Dan as our guide. He kept us on fish both days even though water was high and off color. He was great to work with and worked very hard to make sure we had a great time on the water. I would highly recommend Dan as your guide if you’re planning a trip to the Bow.

Had fun on the water and caught more fish all larger than we get back in the Midwest. My adult son can a 23 inch rainbow among the ten he netted. I did nearly as well. He truly respects the special resource and that was appreciated. I will search him out again if I get back to Calgary.

We had a wonderful day on the river with Dan and caught some really nice fish. Would definitely recommend and will plan on working with him again when we return!!

Dan is a superb fly fishing guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with advice. He is fun to be around. He loves to see his clients catch big fish. I strongly recommend him and I look forward to fishing with him again.

I spent 17 years as a professional guide and I have continued to hire guides whenever I visit a new fishery. This week I had the absolute pleasure of fishing with Dan. I would rank Dan as the best fishing guide I have ever been with. Dan has a wonderful personality, we held great conversations throughout the day. Dan's boat, car and equipment were in impeccable condition. Dan's knowledge of the river was outstanding and he worked the oars hard all day to make sure I got the best shots. The fishing was simply amazing the day I went. I had to stop fishing early I was so tired. If you have the opportunity to fish with Dan, you should absolutely do so. Had a blast with Dan on a full day fly fishing on the Bow River. My brother and I had zero experience fly fishing, and Dan took the time in the beginning going through the basics with us, and continue to give us tips while on the river. It was a very hot day and Dan was very patient with us, giving us insights on finding fish, helping changing rigs, paddle against the current to redo a run, making sure we get the most out of our trip. Thanks to Dan's efforts we had good fights with some white fish and rainbow. We had an awesome experience, thanks Dan, and see you next time!
