6hrs of fishing the shallow sandy flats of the Indian River and Banana River lagoons, with Captain Noah Miller, A third generation Floridian and lifelong angler. Captain Noah is obsessed with fly fishing for Tarpon of all sizes from 2lbs-120lbs (depending on time of year for migratory tarpon). With opportunities for Snook, Redfish, Sea trout, and many other exciting species! Anglers of all skill levels are welcome, including family trips with young anglers. Although Captain Noah specializes in Fly Fishing he offers light tackle trips as well. Fly anglers should be able to make a double haul cast, as this will give both the guide and angler a better experience. Casting lessons can be arranged with the Captain ahead of the trip for newer anglers to give them the best opportunity possible (contact the Captain for pricing). This is a fantastic fishery and anglers have a very good shot in a day of fishing at catching the inshore Slam (Snook, Redfish, Sea Trout) or even the Grand Slam (add Tarpon). You can expect to fish on shallow sand flats, Mangrove shorelines and around docks and fallen trees. There is always some exciting fishing to be had. Growing up on and fishing these waters has allowed Captain Noah to become extremely dialed in no matter the time of year or weather. A fun 8 Hr day of Fly fishing on Captain Noah’s 17’ skiff, the primary targets will be Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Seatrout and Black Drum. Sight fishing these awesome fish in ether shallow flats is a rush, and watching the fish eat a well presented fly will be a memory that will be burned into memory for years. Stalking the flats via push pole, Captain Noah will give you the best shots, using the best flies, gear and knowledge available to help you have the most incredible experience possible.
