Join me on one of the most incredible warm water fisheries in the southeast. Your day will include professional instruction and guiding on either Chickamauga or Nickajack lakes with the scenic backdrop of downtown Chattanooga, TN. These fisheries are host to many of the south’s most reputable species including smallmouth and largemouth bass, striped bass, spotted bass, carp, and gar. All of which can be very rewarding on the fly.
All levels of experience are welcome as our mission is to build better anglers in fly casting, stewardship, and conservation.

A proud graduate of McCallie School in Chattanooga, Gus has honed his skills on the warm waters of Chattanooga and surrounding streams since childhood. With experience from The Hatch Outfitters, he's mastered Tennessee's fish species and ventured to South Florida and the Bahamas for tarpon and bonefish adventures.
Gus isn't just about catching fish; he's passionate about teaching newcomers and guiding seasoned anglers to hidden spots around Chattanooga. Off the water, Gus studies Construction Management at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, enjoys family time, and wake-surfs local lakes and rivers.
