We had an absolute blast. Capt. Michael was extremely knowledgeable of the fishery, a great coach to a couple of freshwater anglers, and a lot of fun to be around. If you are in the SSI and want to have a ball with a fly rod or light tackle don't hesitate to give him a call.

Michael is an excellent captain and guide. We had a great day on the water. He coached me all the way through catching my first redfish on the fly. I’m extremely grateful for him sharing his knowledge and helping make it happen.

Had a great morning in Mid November 2025. Capt Mike is a great guide, knowledgeable, informative, and patient. I gave him the extra challenge when I realized my torn right rotator cuff was not in shape for the needed casting and I had to cast left handed. Not very pretty, but Mike got us into redfish and compensated for my limitation.
