If you're looking to dip your toes into shallow water sight fishing in the HHI/Bluffton area, the 4 hour charter is a great place to start. Whether you're a beginner or just limited on time, the 4 hour option is just the right amount of time to target redfish and see the beautiful shallow water areas we call home.
The 6 hour option is a great option if you're really looking to settle in and fish hard/see more of our waterway. The tidal cycle in our marsh is just over six ours between high to low and the 6 hour charter provides the opportunity to target redfish in a variety of different tidal scenarios. Whether it's floating fish in the grass or crawling fish at low tide, the longer we spend on the water, the greater the chance something awesome happens!
Fly rods/ spinning reels along with all flies/equipment provided on all trips. I will provide a cooler full of iced down water bottles. Feel free to bring any other snacks or drinks you may want. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment if you'd like!

I grew up in upstate South Carolina and spent my childhood/college years as an avid bass angler. Every year on vacation my Dad and I would always do some type of saltwater fishing, and that sparked my passion for fishing the salt. The summer of my junior year at Clemson I came to Hilton Head Island to work for a larger guiding operation and immediately fell in love with shallow water fishing for redfish. I returned to the low country the following year after graduation and began running bay boat charters. During that time, I spent all my free time sight fishing for redfish on fly or artificial and it became clear that that was the direction I wanted my guiding career to go towards. In October of 2022 I purchased a Beavertail Mosquito, and began guiding on the skiff in October of 23. Sight fishing for redfish in the shallow flats of the surrounding waters of Hilton Head Island has shown me some of the coolest fishing experiences I've ever had and every trip I take I strive to show my clients the same awesome moments that made me fall in love with this fishery.
