Homestead offered a great place for me to hone my skills at targeting the many species that call South Florida home. I began guiding on my backcountry skiff in 2000 at the age of 18, and my passion has only deepened since. In addition to flats and backcountry fishing trips I also began taking clients offshore and to the reef. In 2004, with increasing interest to fish in the Keys, I moved to Islamorada, the Sport Fishing Capitol of the World. I have since made a name for myself in the fishing community winning numerous tournaments, most notably the 2013 Hawley tarpon tournament and the 2013 50th Anniversary of the Gold Cup tournament.
