Come fish with us in our new three person raft built by Upriver boatworks. The raft seats two fishermen comfortably, added stability by larger tubes on the raft bringing the width to 56” wide and almost 14’ of length! The raft is equipped with lean rails, life jackets and an anchor system. We will typically float several miles of stream up to 15 miles depending on water conditions, hatches and time of day. Come experience the Catskills no matter your skill level, technique or quarry!

Greetings! My name is Matthew Sudol, I run Streams to Summit Guide Service LLC. I am an avid hiker, bird hunter and fly fisher. I grew up recreating in the Hudson Valley , Catskills and Taconics and am proud to call this area my home. I was an environmental scientist for 12 years and worked alongside many great fisheries and wildlife biologists on a myriad of projects in the NYC watershed and region 3. I want to give back the wealth of information, skills and tactics to those whom helped me become the passionate outdoors lover I am today! I focus on trout fishing the Catskills, the East of Hudson Tailwaters all year long for walk and wade trips as well as float trips. I have hiked many of the high peaks and beautiful vistas in our area. I can help you learn the reservoirs for trout trolling and jigging for smallmouth bass. Also I have extensive knowledge of bird dogs primarily English pointers having trained, bred and broke them to hunt grouse and woodcock in our area.
