Peak Tarpon season runs May through July. Enjoy an 8-hour day on the bow of Capt. Tanner's East Cape Evo sight casting in gin clear water to the silver king. Tanner has over 10 years experience and loves sharing his knowledge and passion with his clients.
Cost of fishing license is included in the trip price. Tanner welcomes anglers of all ability levels. He provides all the necessary tackle and equipment, but clients are welcome to bring their own.

Captain Tanner is a fully-licensed USGC captain based out of the Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River area. He was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina where he learned to fly fish at a very early age. Tanner specializes in light tackle and fly fishing. During the spring and fall he targets redfish in the backcountry. From May through July, Tanner moves his operation to Marathon, FL and switches gears to tarpon during the migration.
Captain Tanner runs a Hell's Bay Waterman for his redfishing, and an East Cape Evo for tarpon season. Tanner is a laid back guy and welcomes anglers of all experience levels from first-timers to seasoned vets.
