Unashamed Adventures Fishing Charters

Experience the awesome shallow water fishery the Low Country of South Carolina has to offer with an inshore fishing charter out of McClellanville! Beautiful marsh grasses, oyster creeks full of life, lots of bird life, and lots of hungry Redfish, Sea Trout, and Flounder. We use live bait, artificials, and/or fly. All Unashamed Adventures charters practice catch and release on redfish and prefer to practice catch and release on all species. We will be fishing out of my 18 ft. G3 aluminum Jon Yatch customized for shallow water fishing. This boat floats extremely shallow and helps us catch more fish. She is powered by a 2021 Suzuki 60hp outboard to get us to and from the dock reliably. I picked this boat as it has a large casting deck up front for my anglers to fish from and is a good all around boat for the area we are fishing-it gives us versatility to carry a variety of gear for any fishing situations we may encounter. We have seadek eva flooring installed in the whole boat to add comfort and quietness. We will be using top of the line equipment from Penn reels, Fenwick Rods, and Zman soft plastics. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to book your trip. Payment is due in full at the time of your charter. If the Captain determines that conditions are unsafe to fish in, we will reschedule your trip. You will park in the single car parking area across from the town hall, by the playground, or on the side of Pinckney road. The gravel lot by the boat ramp is for trailer vehicles only. You will get towed if you park in the gravel lot. If you would like a shot at some fish on topwater Spring-Fall we will depart at 5:30am. We will use the best baits & methods that are the most productive for your trip-catered to you. If you are artificial or fly only we can do that. If you want to throw bait, we can do that. But I will always let you know what has been the most productive up until your trip. I love to teach and coach so both you the angler and me the guide improve and go up together. April-September we will primarily use live bait to be the most productive and to catch the biggest fish (not including early morning topwater) and from October-February I am pretty much 100% artificial & fly only.
