Embrace nature and go on a fishing adventure with Captain Victor Olivares targeting the most fish rich locations on the Texas coast.
Our day's voyage will be aboard a Gordon Waterman 18 technical poling skiff.
Expect to fish in some of the shallowest waters you ever been in, drafting in a mere 6” of water. My boat accommodates 2 adults and myself, your guide.
Fresh beverages will be included such as water, and gatorades and a complimentary freshly cooked ceviche will be provided for lunch.

I was born and raised in the South Texas coast and was taught what it meant to be a waterman early on.
With the guidance of my late grandfather, who was an avid angler, I learned the different techniques to catch redfish, snook, and tarpon amongst other inshore species.
Later I was introduced to fly fishing and was intrigued by the challenge, so much so that it became my passion. I began to tie flies using shrimp, crab, and mullet patterns. I chose to pursue my dream and became a saltwater fly fishing guide.
Today I trailer my skiff from Port O’Connor, TX to South Padre Island chasing redfish in unimaginable shallow flats, tarpon and jacks along beach shores, and common snook in waters that flow from the Gulf of Mexico.
