Our 1-hour lesson ($75) is tailored to your goals — whether you want to fine-tune your cast or learn the basics for the first time.
Our 2-hour Fly Fishing 101 course ($150) covers rod setup and rigging, rod and reel weight differences, essential knots, and three foundational casts (Pick Up & Lay Down, Roll Cast, and False Cast), plus time to work on shooting line, distance, accuracy, and "fish-on" techniques.
Our 3-hour Extended Session ($250) includes everything in 'Fly Fishing 101' with an added hour of on-water instruction and real-time coaching to put new skills into practice.
All gear is provided or bring your own. Ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups looking to learn together.

The Texas Hill Country offers some of the most unique fly fishing in the South, and Andrew loves helping anglers experience it for the first time—or in a whole new way.
After a decade-long career as a sommelier, Andrew shifted his focus to teaching and sharing the Hill Country with those eager to explore it. Today, he guides anglers of all levels—whether they’re picking up a fly rod for the first time or refining techniques for their next big adventure.
Based in the Texas Hill Country, Andrew targets Guadalupe and Largemouth bass, Rio Grande cichlids, gar, carp, sunfish and trout during the winter. Each trip is tailored to the angler, offering hands-on instruction, beginner-friendly “101” sessions, or focused skill-building days on the water.
