Angler's Choice Fly Fishing

Andrew provided a wonderful fly fishing experience. He is a true professional, encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. He worked tirelessly to ensure I had the best experience possible. Andrew is a very encouraging and patient guide. I’m new to fly fishing and in the three hours we spent together I was able to learn some basic casting techniques, practice throwing along the creek, discussing basic terms and understanding what makes a great first rod and reel for a beginner. He answered every question I had that day and even took me on a guide through the Sportsman’s Finest shop to show me what flies would be best for getting started along Central Texas Creeks and Rivers. I’ve since got a rod and reel and I’m all set to go thanks to Andrew.

Had an awesome float on the San Marcos with Andrew! I'm still a novice when it comes to fly fishing, but he was super patient, helped me a lot with my technique and was an all-around great guide. I highly recommend Andrew and will definitely be booking with him again!
