This three-day adventure in January 2025 puts you in peak season in an expertly managed quail habitat, only hunted six to eight times a year. Accompanied by the best upland bird hunting guides and dogs North America has to offer, you’ll spend your days traversing lush mesquite flats and rolling hills in search of wild coveys.
