Anglers will set out after Mexico’s formidable Big Three — permit, bonefish, and tarpon — along with professional fly fishing guide Tyler Bowman on this private hosted trip. This trip promises to hold unforgettable fishing and time on the water. Watching a permit inhale a shrimp on sargassum weeds — similar to a GT — is unbelievable. Tarpon dreams come true in Punta Allen, where the species is exceptionally bitey and can reach massive sizes in the beautiful Ascencion Bay. Bonefish abound across thousands of acres in crystal-clear blue water flats. When you’re not on the water, you’ll be well taken care of at Punta Allen Fishing Club’s all-inclusive lodge. This will ensure comfortable and smooth travel to and from the lodge. We will coordinate a spot to meet at the airport from 2 pm - 3 pm. When we get to the lodge we will get everyone situated, while the host gets the fly gear rigged up for the first day. Days 1-5 ( Fishing Days) We will be waking up bright and early on day 1 to start the week! For our first day, we will most likely be getting everyone warmed up to the process and schedule. Breakfast in the morning at the lodge, lunch will be served on the water in the boat, and dinner in the evening at the Lodge. Day 6 & Night 7 (Optional) Bid farewell to Punta Allen Fishing Club, and we will start our panga trek back into the mainland. Tyler will be taking the groups that want to go to the Mayan Ruins outside of Tulum and stay in Tulum that night.
