Night trips can be a great way to get out and have some fishing fun without being out in the Florida heat and getting sunburned. Snook and Tarpon are nocturnal feeders so there can be great fishing on dock lights/bridges at night. Fly fishing for juvenile tarpon and snook can be an absolute blast and a great way to start out as a beginner or experienced fly fisherman.

Born and raised in Palm Beach, FL. My home waters are in Jupiter, FL and the Loxahatchee River where my main focus is targeting big snook in the river during the summer time. This fishery can be unbelievable with consistent snook around the 40 inch size. I also love making trips as often as possible to the everglades during tarpon season, either launching out of Everglades City or Flamingo. In the winter I change focus to redfish, snook, and juvenile tarpon for the most part.
