Capt. Connor Flamm

Connor has a leg up on most guides with home court advantage in Islamorada, FL. He grew up in the Keys learning how to sight fish for tarpon, bonefish, and permit from his father at a very young age - a true local. Although Connor is a young gun, don’t sleep on his skills - he’s been poling around the flats for 15+ years with his friends, family, and a select few lucky clients. His dad had him on the water shortly after he was born. When Connor isn’t guiding fishing trips or taking photos, he’s a general contractor for residential homes. He’s a new father and one of the nicest and most skilled guides around. You’re guaranteed to have a good time regardless of your fish count. He’s charismatic and a great conversationalist.
