Located in The Rolling Plains of North West Texas The Waggoner Ranch is The largest contiguous Ranch under one fence in The Lone Star State coming in at 600,000 acres.
The ranch is home to an all wild population of Bobwhite Quail and some introduced Valley or California Quail.
The Ranch has never been commercially hunted, until now. Starting January 4th 2026 Dave Brown Outfitters will be offering limited Hunts on this unique and pristine property for the duration of the Texas Quail Season which ends February 28 2026.
Given the Texas Quail Reports for the region Clients will be hunting during a very good year
when Bird Numbers are high.
