Amazing day on The Bow River! Our guide, Gavin, was excellent. Plenty of huge, hungry Browns.

Both guides Jack and Peter were professional, attentive, fun and successful. Our 3 floats were excellent.

We just finished 3 days of fishing on the Bow. Our guides were top notch, putting us on great runs throughout the river. DBO always has some of the best guides on the Bow and in BC, on the Elk and surrounding rivers. I've used them a few times and I always have a great experience.

Best day trip experience from start to finish. My 2 boys & wife can’t stop talking about it. Both tour guides (Dan & Jack) were exceptional on communication, expectations and took the time to assist our group of 4 on any/all items we needed. My older son & I were with river guide Jack all day and the enthusiasm from him every time we caught a trout made the other person try that much harder to catch the next one. We caught 5 apiece with me catching the last one minutes before we put the rods away.

. Started at 8 am . The bow river was not muddy and not clear . We were unable to enter the river at the first location so spent the morning traveling from one entrance spot to another finally getting to fish around 11:30. The fly casting lessons were great but we were not able to catch any fish which was a big disappointment for myself , my son and grandson. The guides were good guys and we enjoyed them .

We had a wonderful day on the river with our fantastic guide, Nancy! She was a pro, made everything easy and fun, and I really feel much more confident in my fly-fishing ability as a result - highly recommend!

Quinn was an outstanding guide for the two days in June that we floated the city beat of the Bow. He was engaging, patient, and quite knowing. Because of high water releases, the fishing conditions were dismal and it seems that everyone on the river got skunked (yet the weather was bright and sunny). On day two, the CMS had risen higher and we encountered light rain all day. Nonetheless, Quinn put be on a pod of happily rising browns and we had a hoot for a good hour mid-day casting to them. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Justine was great. Conditions were really dry but trip was a blast.

Absolutely incredible time! Guides Dan and Jack were amazing. I fished with Dan myself and as a trout guide myself in SW Montana I couldn’t be more impressed. Had a great day and caught lots of very nice fish. Will definitely be back to fish the Bow river and wouldn’t want to do it with anyone besides those two!

World class trip! Our guide Jack put us on some world class fish that made for a trip of a lifetime.

We had a pretty big group and all the guides were great.

I had the opportunity to fish with Glenn Smith on my recent trip to Calgary. We floated the Bow River. I am a fairly accomplished wade fisherman in Colorado, Montana, and Minnesota, but the big rivers were confusing to me. Glen taught me about ecology of the area, new techniques and helped me hunt trout in shallow water I would have passed right over. I had a great time and would 10/10 recommend Glen anytime you are in town.
