This was my second trip to the Keys. My bucket list was a Tarpon on the fly and Josh certainly did not disappoint! Josh got me my first Tarpon on the fly and I briefly hooked another. Josh was very knowledgeable and very helpful besides being great company. My wife and I got a first class tour and education on the wildlife and ways of the Keys and Everglades. Capt Josh was a great guide to fish with. He put us on fish early to wait till the tides turned so we could go after the fish I was wanting to target specifically. Worked extremely hard to make it a memorable trip!

Everything was fantastic from the first phone call to the trip. My phone call was returned, my questions answered, and a trip was planed, The boat was above my expectations, the Captain was fun and we caught fish! Captain Eric Rodriguez put a lot of effort into catching bait and took us to "special spot". We caught two huge snook in the first 5 cast! Amazing! Everything was great. Cory and Josh at Postcard handled it all! Our booking was last minute and they made it happen!

Josh was great to fish with he worked hard all day to put us on fish. There was never any shortage of entertaining conversation with myself and my son.

Josh was awesome. My only goal was to catch a tarpon and he put me on one first thing in the morning. Since I’m still a little “green” with the fly rod, Josh guided me through the whole process. If I was doing something wrong he would correct me but was never rude or impatient. We ran around all day looking for more tarpon and permit. Hands down the best guided trip I’ve had. I’ll be booking with Josh again in the future.

Josh did a great job locating the fish and advising me on techniques to catch them. My only regret is that I was not able to hook the giant tarpon that we snuck up on!

In spite of the cold and wind we had a great adventure. Captain Josh went to great lengths to find a location out of the wind for us to fly fish. The fishing wasn’t great on that murky day but Josh was persistent and patient and helped us hone our fly casting skills.

My wife and I had a great full day guided trip with Josh. He is a very experienced fly fisherman and captain. If we go back to the Keys to fish we will fish with Josh again. We caught some nice fish!!

Had a fantastic experience fishing with Moon Cast and Captain Josh. He made a point to plan a trip around the specific experience I was looking for, and it delivered. As a somewhat newer saltwater angler, I appreciated his patient coaching and hard work on the poling platform. Would definitely do it again.

I had a great day fishing with Josh….he is super knowledgeable guide who knows the water like the back of his hand. He has great instructional tips for those that don’t fly fish salt water often. He’s definitely the kind of guide who is easy to share a small boat with. I’d go fish with him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone!

Great quality outfitter. Josh at Moon Cast Anglers is a solid guide. He worked very hard to put you onto fish and different species. This was my fist time fishing the Keys and I learned a lot from Josh. His equipment is in top shape and boat was very comfortable.
