At Seven Mile Fly Shop, we understand how important your fishing trip is. After all, we love fly fishing as much as you do, and putting you on the water with someone who isn't the absolute best we can offer would go against the character of our shop. Our guides are professional, safe, and understanding people who want to see you succeed on the front end of their boat.
To ensure your best experience, we only send you fishing with guides who live in the Keys full time. There is no substitute for being on the water, and these hand selected guides are all captains we have fished with.

VerifiedFirst tarpon fly fishing trip with Captain Justin Bachert (Hot Water Fishing) booked through Seven Mile Fly Shop. Had a fantastic day and Justin used his excellent local knowledge to put me straight into fish with 3 tarpon which I was delighted with. The whole set up was first rate - the gear was all top notch, skiff immaculate. Justin was also great company and a very patient guide with a saltwater beginner. I would highly recommend Justin for a guided day in the Keys! I can also highly recommend Seven Mile Fly Shop - extremely welcoming to the visiting angler and some great gear. It really felt like the focal point to the local fly fishing community - I wish we had more shops like this in the UK!

VerifiedSeven Mile Fly Shop hooked me up with Greg Smith for two days of fishing. Greg is extremely skilled and we got many shots at tarpon and baby tarpon despite high winds and challenging conditions. He is an excellent guide and I recommend him highly.

Verified7 Mile not only hooked me up with a fantastic guide for a terrific day on the water, but Brooks and other staff were uber helpful the multiple times I went in their shop when I needed help with my gear and also fly selection and rig set up. Popping in is a must if you’re fly fishing in the Keys.
