About

Float some of Eastern North Carolina's most productive and scenic rivers targeting Largemouth Bass and Striped Bass.

This trip is an excellent option for those anglers looking for a more in-depth, technical fishing experience. We will target Striped Bass and trophy sized largemouth bass using a variety of presentation methods with both fly & light tackle. Large streamers and top water flies are our go-to and provide some of the best visual eats we see all year.

We have hundreds of miles of floatable water in our region and our guides aim to put you on the most productive section for each given day. These trips are typically a FULL day commitment with an early start time.

Rocky Mount, North Carolina6-9 years of experience

I am an Eastern North Carolina fishing guide specializing in fly and light tackle fishing on the region’s coastal river systems. I have spent my entire career in the fishing industry with the goal of sharing my passion for these incredible freshwater resources. The Tar and Roanoke Rivers provide us with hundreds of miles of scenic and productive fishing grounds for a variety of resident and migratory species. Winter and Spring runs of Striped Bass draw anglers from all over the world to experience one of the most prolific spawning migrations in the world. The American and Hickory Shad migrations on these rivers also provide a very unique angling experience for fly and light tackle anglers in the spring. Our resident warm-water fishery is an often overlooked resource that gives anglers an opportunity to target trophy Largemouth Bass and other warm-water species throughout the year.

I strive to provide my clients with a safe, fun, and educational experience on the water. I pride myself on not only helping my clients catch fish, but helping them understand why they are catching fish. I want all my clients to leave a trip with a more complete understanding of fishing.

Come experience wild & scenic fishing on North Carolina’s coastal river systems.
