About

Capt. Aaron is a Georgia native, fly fishing enthusiast, Georgia Smokediver, and Georgia FLAMES graduate. His desire to take on great challenges influenced his gravitation towards fly fishing and backwater fishing in general. Capt. Aaron has spent countless hours honing his skills on the polling platform of a skiff in search of shallow water Redfish.
In 2019 Aaron decided to take the leap and completed the requirements to obtain his captain’s license. Having known Aaron for years and after witnessing his growth to expert level, we were quick to offer Aaron a spot on our team. Aaron will be offering flood tide and backwater Redfish trips in his salt marsh skiff and also inshore fishing along with kids trip on his 22’ pathfinder bay boat.

Great trip with Aaron. He took me and four young kids out. He was patient with all the questions, tangled lines, and shenanigans that goes with a crew like that. And we scored some great catches. Highly recommend.

Our guide was wonderful. He knew tons of great spots and we had some luck despite the weather and the season. Thank you!

Capt. Aaron was awesome. I wanted an action-packed flats trip casting at redfish, and I got exactly that. I landed 15 redfish (and lost three or four more), mostly in the first two hours. At least five were 25-28 inches. It was about as good of a morning as you can ask for casting at redfish in Georgia.

Non-stop action! Capt. Aaron made the perfect call and put us on the redfish! Nothing but tight lines and screamin' drags all morning! Absolute slay day!
