Captain Conner put us on the fish. Very knowledgeable and clearly super passionate about what he does. I’m at a novice level when it comes to fly fishing for reds so my goal was to learn as much as possible from the session and he was happy to teach. Good vibes all around.

Conor is one of the few charter Captains in the area that knows what he’s talking about. If one specific technique or bait isn’t work. He’ll change things up quickly and next thing you know, you’re catching some beautiful reds or flounder. Highly recommended.

I book with Conner after taking several fly casting lessons. It was my first time going on a fishing trip and I was a little nervous since I’m not the best caster… but Conner was very patient and was able to give me a lot of good pointers. I even managed my first fish on the fly! I had the best time out and will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in town!

I chartered with Capt Conner for a flood tide trip in October. I let him know that I have been after Sheepshead for a while but have had a tough time finding them, but he knew right where to go! He gave about 5 great shots at Sheep but my user errors prevented a hook up… But I did end up landing a 32” redfish on the fly. Capt Conner worked hard to put me in positions where we were shielded from the wind, or with the wind at my back to make casting a bit easier. He also was quick to swap out flies as conditions and situations changed. I had such a good time, I can’t wait to back on the water with him!

Had a fantastic day with Conner fly fishing. I won a charter in a raffle that he so generously donated for our Inaugural lady red fly tournament. Conner was extremely knowledgeable about so much. I learned a lot! Being a Johns Island native and familiar with our waters..As an captain and angler, Conner was extremely considerate of other anglers in the creeks. Conner also was very in tuned to techniques fly fishing and instrumental in sharing strategies on how improvements could be made in a kind constructive way. I highly recommend Conner if you are wanting to fly fish in our beautiful lowcountry waters with a true professional Captain, Conner. I'm looking forward to the next launch... and fishing....if catching happens.. I'm good with the experience!

If you you are looking for a guided trip in the Folly Beach area, I would highly recommend Capt Conner Bryant. I have had the pleasure of fishing with Capt Conner twice in the past year and have another trip scheduled in February of 24. He is very knowledgeable of the flats and creeks around Folly and has helped me tremendously with my fledgling fly fishing skills! I’m still looking for my first red on the fly, but not because I haven’t had opportunities! First trip probably saw 100 fish. Second trip, 10-12 tailing fish on the flats

One of the best fishing experiences ever. Conner knows his stuff! He had me and a friend out for the day, taught me more than a few things I never knew about the fish, ecosystems, weather/water patterns. Oh yea… and we caught a couple fish too! I will definitely be booking another trip with him and highly recommend.

Had an awesome time fishing the flood tide with Conner this spring. Got to sight fish some belly crawling redfish in spartina grass and Conner's instruction helped seal the deal on some nice reds! Excited to fish with him again soon.
