Is AnyCreek available on my dates?

Our guides keep their availability up to date, and many can handle more than one trip per day. The easiest way to get a trip on the calendar is to select your dates and request to book. You will not be charged until the guide accepts your request.

Will AnyCreek offer transportation or other services on my trip?

Most of our guides don't offer to pick up their clients. However, you can always check in the "Add-ons," "What's included," and "What to bring" sections of the listing for more details, and the exact meeting location will be discussed after booking.

How much should I tip AnyCreek?

The amount you should tip a fishing or hunting guide can vary depending on factors such as the length of the trip, the quality of service, and the overall experience. However, a general rule of thumb is to tip around 20% of the cost of the fishing trip.

What is AnyCreek's cancellation policy?

Cancellation made within 90 days of confirmed arrival date is subject to receive remaining balance (minus deposit). Cancellations made within 30 days of the confirmed arrival date will not receive a refund. No refund/credit for unused portion of package. No refunds shall be made after guest arrival. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals due to weather, rescheduled fights or canceled flights. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip through Redpoint Travel Protection to safeguard your investment. — In the event of extreme weather or other conditions which lead to cancellation of the trip on behalf of the host, lodge, or other travel facilitators involved through AnyCreek, you will recieve a full refund

Escape on this women’s retreat to the Alaskan wilderness for a week of world-class fly fishing at Unalakleet River Lodge. Set against a backdrop of snow-capped peaks and lush river valleys, the Unalakleet River harbors an impressive array of wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and unrivaled guided fishing. As the only fishing lodge on the scenic and productive river, Unalakleet River Lodge provides unparalleled access to one of the planet’s most prolific Pacific salmon runs.

This seven-day adventure puts you on the Unalakleet at the perfect time to capitalize on the seasonal migration of chum, pink, and silver salmon — as well as dolly varden and arctic grayling. Accompanied by some of the best guides in the Alaskan bush, you’ll spend an incredible week fishing miles of scenic river from a drift boat and wadeable gravel bars.

The lodge's compound of charming spruce log cabins and common spaces sits directly on the river, a hidden gem in the otherwise untouched Alaskan area. This group of ladies will join Amber Haynes — founder of women’s outdoor apparel brand, McKenna Quinn — to experience all that this incredible fishery has to offer. Amber is passionate about making outdoor experiences accessible to women, regardless of prior experience, and is thrilled to journey to the Unalakleet River Lodge with a select group of female anglers!

The trip departs for the Unalakleet River Lodge on July 27th, 2025 and returns on August 2nd. This is an all-inclusive lodge experience; airfare is not covered in this cost. Guests should plan to bring cash or check for any additional on-site purchases, as well as gratuities for the Unalakleet River Lodge guides and staff.

Itinerary

Sunday is your time to get settled in. We’ll have a Welcome Intro from owners, Mitch and Skyla, as well as Amber from McKenna Quinn. Once everyone is settled into their cabins, you’ll come up to the lodge for a light lunch and beverage. You can walk the boardwalk up to the lodge or take the Hill Hiker (a small trolly).

Next, you’ll meet your guides and get outfitted for the week. Once you’re all suited up, you’ll head out for a special fly casting practice and get warmed up for cocktail hour and an incredible welcome dinner.
